DMCA Policy

Deze Hertog Was Reeds Ouder (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. To file a DMCA Notice, please provide the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This includes a description of the copyrighted work, and if possible, a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: This includes a description of the material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Site (e.g., URL(s) of the material).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authorization: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us. To file a Counter-Notification, please provide the following information:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that we have removed or to which we have disabled access.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Subscriber's name, address, and telephone number: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Deze Hertog Was Reeds Ouder may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
